Icon Of Our Lady ‘Repainted Itself’

Dr. Ian R. K. Paisley

A village IN Romania claims that its icon of Our Lady has been repainted by the hand of God.

Some of the paint on the icon in the village church at Sumulti in Galat had been removed for restoration but when painter Gigel Dumitriu returned the next morning the job, which would require an expert hand, was done.

Villagers believe the painting is protected by divine power. They claim a group of thieves once tried to steal it but suddenly broke down in tears.
